Company-scoped boundaries
The production workspace requires authentication. Organization membership is checked server-side, database access rules keep data within the correct company, and company source files are stored privately.
MFA and privileged access
Authenticator is not forced merely to enter a free-trial workspace. Changes to admin, billing and integration privileges, and closing access, still require an AAL2/MFA session. In paid use, privileged access requires MFA, and a company may additionally require it for all users.
Human approvals
AI prepares. People decide. Commercial, technical and purchasing commitments are not made from an AI suggestion alone; they remain behind named human approvals.
Unverified information stays unverified.
If stock, price, lead time, capacity or technical fit is not supported by an approved source, Lensovia keeps it open instead of filling the gap with a guess. Missing information can be routed for clarification.
Public demo and trial
The public demo uses fictional data and is not a customer production workspace. The free trial uses a separate authenticated company workspace. The trial does not request a credit card and does not convert automatically to paid use.
Security shows in the product
Lensovia’s production workspace uses company-scoped authentication, access controls and a traceable decision history. External certifications and their scope will be published on this page once obtained and verified. Paid-service contractual and data-processing terms are confirmed during onboarding.
